Speculative Futures is an immersive virtual reality experience created for my BFA Graphic Design Capstone Thesis. The project was based on research regarding sustainable thinking and why we are obligated as designers to move towards sustainable mindsets. The space is meant to be a guided experience that is both surreal and biophilic, being fully immersive through virtual reality so the user is able to contemplate how we as a society approach material, decay, and design as a practice.
